This sale is for a beautiful, unusual hand made and customised small button (1cm approx) pendant made to order for you and ready to post in 10 days.
A unique Birthday, Mother's Day, Fathers Day or bridesmaid gift that is special, unique and one off as you choose what the design and personalisation is up to 2 rows of letters/numbers 4 to 6 digits on each line (include spaces) please email your choice before purchase so I can check if will fit.

All pieces of jewellery are made from 99.9% fine silver.
This is a hand made brand new item made with precious metal clay which is then fired to produce 99.9% silver. It is not designed to be perfect and any marks should be seen as authenticity that it is an individual one off item made for you.
Following receipt and clearance of payment I will design, make and send out the necklace within 10 working days in an attractive gift box by first class Royal Mail signed for delivery.

Payments
Once paid, your item will be posted first class within 2 days of order or within 5 - 10 working days for custom or personalised items.
Shipping from United Kingdom
Posted first class, you should receive your item, beautifully packed, within 4 working days at the latest and mainly within 2 days. Custom and personalised orders are shipped within 5 - 10 working days.
Refunds
You happiness is very important to me. I make each item with 100% love and care and although they are not meant to be perfect like their 'factory made' counterparts, they are of excellent quality. If you are unhappy with anything please contact me and I will try and sort for you and if not will give you a refund provided the items are returned in the same condition they have been sent out.
Custom made/fingerprint items are not refundable unless faulty.
Of course in the unlikely event that an item is faulty I will give a full refund.
