This is a beautiful personalised hand made solid silver necklace pendant made with love and care in Gloucestershire UK. It has a handmade pendant bail and on an excellent quality 18” sterling silver chain.
The front of the pendant can be personalised with up to 15 characters including spaces. Simply message me the text you would like on purchase. The item will be made within 5 to 10 working days.
The pendant is genuine 99.9% silver made from silver clay which is then fired to produce solid silver. The item will be sent to you in a beautiful gift box
Each item is individual and there will be no other quite the same. As this is not a machine produced mass market item, there will be minor marks and imperfections which should be seen as confirmation that this is a hand made item made with love for you.

Shipping from United Kingdom
Posted first class, you should receive your item, beautifully packed, within 4 working days at the latest and mainly within 2 days. Custom and personalised orders are shipped within 5 - 10 working days.
Refunds
You happiness is very important to me. I make each item with 100% love and care and although they are not meant to be perfect like their 'factory made' counterparts, they are of excellent quality. If you are unhappy with anything please contact me and I will try and sort for you and if not will give you a refund provided the items are returned in the same condition they have been sent out.
Custom made/fingerprint items are not refundable unless faulty.
Of course in the unlikely event that an item is faulty I will give a full refund.
