This sale is for a beautiful handmade fully hallmarked, solid sterling and natural Moonstone gemstone pendant. The moonstone has a blue sheen and is a beautiful unusual stone. It is set onto a sterling silver pear drop pendant.
This is a unique one off designed and handmade piece of jewellery using traditional silversmith jewellery skills. It is not designed to be perfect and any marks should be seen as authenticity that it is an individual one off item made for you.
Following receipt and clearance of payment I will send out the necklace
within 2 working days in an attractive gift box by recorded delivery.
Payments
Once paid, your item will be posted first class within 2 days of order or within 5 - 10 working days for custom or personalised items.
Shipping from United Kingdom
Posted first class, you should receive your item, beautifully packed, within 4 working days at the latest and mainly within 2 days. Custom and personalised orders are shipped within 5 - 10 working days.
Refunds
You happiness is very important to me. I make each item with 100% love and care and although they are not meant to be perfect like their 'factory made' counterparts, they are of excellent quality. If you are unhappy with anything please contact me and I will try and sort for you and if not will give you a refund provided the items are returned in the same condition they have been sent out.
Custom made/fingerprint items are not refundable unless faulty.
Of course in the unlikely event that an item is faulty I will give a full refund.
